COOH is reconstructed lemon and lime juice alternative with the same natural composition and aromas, but with a stable shelf life, and a clear look. It is made for bars, restaurants, kitchens, and modern gastro outlets. It delivers original lemon and lime flavors, a bright and consistent acidity, and is for use in cocktails, Non alcoholic beverages, Salad dressings, sauces, marinades and various culinary applications.

Yes, it is a shelf stable and clear alternative to freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice. It’s added advantage is a longer shelf life (at least 6 months in the fridge) and a clear liquid from the get go… so no need to clarify ;)

You can use COOH the same way you would fresh lemon or lime juice: in cocktails, mocktails, batching, lemonades, salad dressings, marinades, and so on.
It is especially useful for high-volume service, when you need to batch in bigger amounts, and carbonated drinks (no clarification needed ;)). One of the greatest advantages is that you can save hours of squeezing fresh juice, and no need to worry if it is still fresh the next day, because it will be.
