Food Therapy is a warm, interactive experience where guests come together to cook, taste, and share a meal around the same table.

The evening begins in the kitchen, with guests preparing different elements of a seasonal menu: chopping, shaping, stirring, tasting, as the energy builds. It’s playful and communal: food becomes a connection. Conversations flow, aromas rise, and cooking turns into a shared ritual.

Once the dishes are ready, the group sits down for a relaxed dinner, enjoying the menu they’ve created together and the connections formed along the way.

Chef Gabriele will personally guide the session, helping guests interact, learn simple techniques, and have fun. It’s a social and uplifting evening for anyone.

Topinambour & Celeriac Soup, crispy black cabbage (PB, GF)

  • Handmade Chestnut & Ricotta Ravioli, hazelnut butter, pumpkin cream & sage (V)

  • Glühwein Pear, Chantilly cream & candied oranges (V, GF)

Menu Includes

  • Private event location and private kitchen

  • 3-course meal

  • 1 welcome drink

  • 1 paired beverage per course (Wine or Aperitivo)

  • Free Sparkling and still water

    Experience is tailored for 10 to 20 People (Maximum). Smaller or larger groups can be hosted upon request.
