  • Bar Kraft Labs is our beverage R&D and production unit, serving high end cocktail bars with classic and custom ingredients, along with large-scale batching and bottling using advanced techniques for top-quality results.

    With a focus on local, bio-certified ingredients to ensure artisan quality at fair prices, while aiming at reducing the Bar scene carbon footprint through centralised sourcing, production and delivery.

  • Küchen Kollektiv is a community rental kitchen and coworking space for caterers, F&B start-ups, and test-kitchen projects.

    It offers flexible access to a fully equipped professional kitchen without the need for upfront investment or long-term commitments, and a dedicated Admin space to give you the tools and space needed to tackle your work as efficiently as possible.

  • FOH is our front-of-house event space built for smooth execution and a refined guest experience. The venue can be rented on its own or paired with our kitchen for private tastings, chef-led dinners, and intimate hosted formats. With flexible room configurations, FOH is well suited to seated dinners, cocktail receptions, company gatherings, cooking and cocktail classes, as well as private live music or stand-up comedy events.

    Capacity includes up to 50 guests for seated dining and up to 80 guests for cocktail-style receptions, depending on the selected layout.

    We offer modular packages that can be adapted to your event’s scope—from a simple drinks offering to fully tailored concepts. This can include a bespoke cocktail menu developed by Bar Kraft Labs, wine selections and pairings curated by our in-house sommelier, and complete culinary experiences featuring a custom menu from the chefs of Küchen Kollektiv, matched with coordinated cocktails and wines. The result is a distinctive, end-to-end experience available exclusively through Back of House Hospitality.
